The new single, "Another Time" - out on 11.13.2015

Excited to show off our new single in November.   Another Time will be released on 11.13.2015, and will be playing a show to support it at Lambert's BBQ on the same date.  The new single signals a new direction for the band.  With their new line-up, the Austin based 5-piece showcases their strong melodic, bouncy sound.   This is the first of their series of singles to be released in the coming months.   Come and join us along with our guests, Suburban Slang on November 13th.

Headlining Austin American Statesman's Cap10k

We're looking forward to be headlining Austin American Statesman's Capital 10k this year.   We're scheduled to play at Auditorium Shores on  Sunday, April 12 at 9am.   See ya then!

New album out now

Our new album, Get Up has been out for a few months and has been getting great marks from various publications, blogs and reviewers.  We just received a 4 star review from the Austin Chronicle. - "Get Up reveals its pleasures through repeated spins, insinuating itself intellectually at first, but eventually settling permanently into the heart." Adventures of China

We just returned back from playing Strawberry Festival in China.  We played both Shanghai and Beijing.   The crowds were amazing, their response was wonderful.  So many interesting foods, customs and history, we hope to be back soon!  Thanks for some great adventures China.

We're going to China

We're super excited to announce that we've been invited to play one of the biggest festivals in China. The Strawberry Festival. We'll be playing Beijing on April 30th and Shanghai on May 1st.

Beijing Strawberry will be in Tongzhou Canal Park, eight stages, and more than 160 bands. Shanghai Strawberry will be at Shanghai World Expo Park, five stages, including one dedicated to Taiwan, and more than 100 bands.

Bands from around the world will be playing the festival, including:
Travis(UK), Lenka(AU),  Monokino（NL) Immanu EL(SE), Pony Pony Run Run(Fr) - Wiretree (US) - French Films（FIN）- Chochukmo(HK), Deerhoof(US) - Before the Dawn(FN), many of the other bands with be local to China and surrounding areas.

Ahoy!, we're in the studio, making a new record.   Should be released early this summer!

Playing Musikfest on August 11th

We'll be in Pennsylvania this weekend running around, playing a radio show and a festival, so if you happen to be up there, take note:  

First up, we'll be on WDIY, public radio on 8/11 at noon.  Stream it online off their website:  http://wdiy.org/ , we'll be up right after "Car Talk"

Next, We'll be playing Musikfest in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania this Saturday August 11th at 5:30  (Plaza Tropical Stage). Our set is around an hour and a half, so we'll go through a bunch of our catalogue and throw in a decent amount of covers.

"Days Gone By", Picked to be in a Movie

Our song "Days Gone By" has been picked to be in "We Made This Movie".. more from the Austinist...


We Made This Movie is something of a meta film being put out through Letterman’s own production company. It stars “five high school seniors [who] set out to make a silly comedy movie, but accidentally end up making a dramatic and moving movie about their actual lives.” It’s set to premiere in New York on September 20 and will also be available through various video-on-demand and streaming services like iTunes, Amazon, Xbox Live, and cable and satellite providers.

First they'll let in anyone with a badge or wristband.. after that they'll allow non-wristband holders to buy individual tickets to the show, and there's a good chance you'll be able to get in. $10 at the door without wristband or badge. other artist on the bill: The Scruffs, Balthazar, Yael Kraus, Jessie Frye.
